Franz Liszt Chamber Orchestra launches a new concert series called Baroque Plus. What makes these concerts unique is that along with the greatest Baroque masters Bach, Vivaldi and Corelli the orchestra will play contemporary Hungarian pieces as well. Tonight, it is one of the most popular pieces by Cluj-born  Sandor Veress who emigrated to Switzerland after the communist revolution. The Sandor Veress Association keeps alive the memory of this internationally recognized representative of the generation following that of Bartok and Kodaly through concerts, publications and awards.
