MELODY AND PASSION - ZOLTÁN OROSZ

Zoltán Orosz is one of the most versatile and excellent contemporary musicians, an eMeRTon and Artisjus Award winning accordion artist. He has been in tour around the world and in 1996, his duo won first prize at the Paris International Chanson Competition for best foreign performance. For three consecutive years he has won the National Accordion Competition of Hungary.

Orosz's complex musical interests help him feel equally at home in the world of classical, folk music or jazz. Modern arrangement ideas, virtuoso musical dialogues, improvisations characterize his sold-out concerts from Singapore to Siberia, from America to India. His concerts line up selections from a wide range of musical styles from French chansons through Argentine tango to the best-known Hungarian melodies.
